This Limited Release shows restrained fruit with evolving tertiary notes, balanced acidity, and finely integrated tannins. Aromas of red cherry, raspberry and violets lead to earthy, mushroomy complexity and subtle oak. On the palate, expect precise red-fruit flavors, a silky texture, and a long, elegant finish. A thoughtful choice for the cellar or a special occasion; pairs well with roasted poultry, wild mushrooms, and soft cheeses.
