15 months of elevage with vines in Lys, Sechets, Melinots and others – 6 parcels covering over 4 ha – nearly a quarter of the domaine... More direct and incisive – a nice tension. There’s a good structure to back this up too. A touch creamy in the middle but direct too – this has a little strict minerality despite then cushioned texture.
