The 2022 Chablis Grenouilles Grand Cru is aged for 20 months in stainless steel like the Premier Crus. You would actually think that there was a bit of wood contact on the nose: hints of praline and chai, fine delineation and mineralité. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, fresh and vibrant with a sapid finish.
