Not as well known as its illustrious neighbours Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin is also one of the great white Burgundies. The slopes in this small village include some very fine Premier Cru vineyards giving a fine, elegant wine. Intense aromas of fruit and flowers on the nose. On the palate, the wine envelops its aromas with fullness, though not losing its elegance. Good ageing potential. Winemakers Notes
