50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Syrah - Thirty year old vines grown in the Trevallon Valley at the base of the rocky walls of the Alpilles mountain range. Seemingly delicate and powerful at the same time. Full-bodied, with flavours of rhubarb, black currant, and dried spices. Fresh acidity and ultra-fine tannin. This is excellent now, but will reward further aging.
