15% whole bunch vinification, 40% new wood. A fine mid purple colour. The bouquet is very appealing, typically Chambolle with its soft generous fruit with floral overtones. Just a little touch of acidity gives energy and the wine gains weight on the palate. A little more tension to finish makes for a very attractive village Chambolle. 90-92 Points Jasper Morris MW, Inside Burgundy With mainly fruit from Les Baudes, the 2021 Chambolle-Musigny Village has a light and airy bouquet that feels well-defined. The 40% new oak is well integrated. The palate is well balanced with fine tannins, taut and fresh with an elegant and pure finish.
