The rich, concentrated and refined flavors possess a borderline painful intensity while delivering superb length on the stony finish that is like rolling a small pebble around the mouth. Moreover, the supporting tannins are dense but fine and this beauty of a Caillerets should basically age for as long as anyone would most likely want to.
