Starting with a faint volatile – but as it lifts we see a beautiful, almost vibrantly pure more floral than fruit perfume – that’s a beauty. Holding centre-stage in the mouth. And then a broad road of flavour that goes through the middle and hardly stops in the finish. There’s a hint more comfort in the Bressandes today but a little more complexity in this.
