The 2022 Bourgogne Blanc comes from vines in Puligny by Vincent’s grandfather Maurice Dureuil and is matured in 20% new oak. The neutral nose takes time to open in the glass, with touches of lime and fresh citrus fruit. The medium-bodied palate has a wonderful texture, a very good body, and depth, growing quite lively with a dab of lemongrass on the finish.
