The 2022 Rully Rouge Chapitre 1er Cru comes from a parcel adjacent to the whites. The nose has one of the best amongst the reds: raspberry, wild strawberry, touches of loam and sea spray. Wonderful definition. The palate is well-balanced, with fine tannins framing the intense black cherry and bilberry notes, quite peppery towards the finish. A bit of reduction is at play, but it will come through that. Excellent. 92-94 Points Neal Martin, Vinous.com
