A discreet dollop of wood sets off the ever-so-mildly exotic aromas of white and yellow peach, passion fruit and subtle mineral reduction wisps. There is a positively gorgeous texture to the highly refined middleweight flavors that culminate in lightly stony, focused and sneaky long finish.
