2024 Riesling, 100% hand-picked, hand-sorted and whole-cluster direct pressed to a combination of old oak puncheons, clay amphora and stainless steel for wild ferment and 6 months on lees. The entry on the Dr Edge Riesling is zesty and fresh with citrus fruits with a hint of stone fruits. The mid palate is layered and textured with elements of quince, white flowers, slate, minerality and spices which transition to a lengthy finish of racy and steely acidity.
