Only 300 liters were selected from the 2024 Erdener Prälat Riesling Spätlese Alte Reben (Gold Capsule / Auction 2025), which comes from the upper parcel that is botrytis-free and cultivated in red-gray slate. The nose is spectacular in its intensity and flinty finesse that intermingles wholemeal bread nuances with delicate slate and herbal aromas. Generous yet super refined and elegant on the palate, this is a mouthwatering, saline, finely textured and crystalline Spätlese with great elegance, grip, mineral tension and a long finish.
