Dunville’s 14 Year Old Pedro Ximénez Single Cask #1729 is a cask strength Irish single malt matured for 14 years and finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. Bottled exclusively for The Whisky Club, this single cask release represents the final parcels of a whisky previously recognised as the World’s Best Irish Small Batch Single Malt, presented without chill filtration or added colour.
Tasting Notes
Colour: Maple syrup
Nose: Red apple, nutmeg, cooked sweet pastry and lashings of treacle.
Palate: Dried apricot, demerara sugar and spiced caramel, with a long finish of berry compôte, banana lollies and mocha.

About the Distillery
Dunville’s Irish Whiskey was established in 1808 in Belfast and became one of Ireland’s most prominent whiskey producers before closing in 1936. Revived in 2012 by The Echlinville Distillery, the brand continues its legacy through modern single malt releases that have earned international recognition.
