Tasting Notes Colour: Tawny Nose: Sticky date pudding alongside vivid orange zest and semi-dried apricot. Palate: Ripe nectarine, blackberry jubes and brioche extend into melted butter, macadamia fudge and slight hint of lemon balm. Finish: Melted butter, macadamia fudge and slight hint of lemon balm.
