Eisenstone Sr 801 Greenock Shiraz 2018 hails from the Greenock belt in Barossa Valley. A bold, fruit-forward Shiraz with integrated spice and oak, it opens with dark fruit aromatics and delivers a dense palate of blackberry and plum, backed by cocoa, vanilla, and pepper. The wine is full-bodied with polished tannins and a long, confident finish. Pairs well with grilled steak, lamb, and aged cheese; enjoyable now with a short decant, and capable of modest development over a few years.
