Emerald Island Distillery have combined the delights of all things dark, to create Dark Seed: Macadamia nuts, coffee, chocolate, vanilla and black chia seeds, blended with the softness of French Oak. Distilled macadamia nuts from Mac Nuts Nambucca, aged gracefully in French Oak barrels, then combined with cold steeped coffee from Dark Arts Cafe & Bar, decadent chocolate from the Chocolate Dr, Australian grown vanilla from Cassowary Coast Vanilla, all smoothed together with black chia seeds. Serve over ice with a twist of orange, or shake into the most charming Dark Seed martini.
