The ever popular Ginger Bee Gin. We take Premium Shiraz Barrel gin. Next it's infused with Emerald Island honey (from our Tallowwood loving bees) then, to add even more warmth & fascination, we proceed to steep the gin with ginger from the Emerald Island gardens. This little gem really doesn't need anything but a comfortable glass and a generous berg of ice - we like to garnish with a sprig of rosemary. If you're feeling like snuggling down on the couch with a good book, Ginger Bee Gin is also delicious glugged into a hot chocolate or frothy chai.
