Faiveley Bourgogne Rouge Pinot Noir 2021

Domaine Faiveley is one of the biggest domaines in Burgundy with the fruit for this Bourgogne being sourced mainly from plots situated in Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune and Côte Chalonnaise. Semi translucent red to dark red colour with black tinged edges and a vibrant light red hue. Aromas of red cherries infused with fresh herbs are trailed by some earth and delicate spicy cedar notes. Light in body the palate features crunchy red cherry and strawberry fruits over an earth, dried herb and spicy cedar backdrop. Fresh finish with energetic acidity, fine grained tannins and an elegant red fruited conclusion.
