The 2024 shows peach and pink grapefruit up front, layered with gentle cedar spice, vanilla creaminess and a long, flavoursome finish. Fighting Gully Road is a Beechworth benchmark founded by Mark Walpole and established in 1997, with a strong focus on site driven wines from North East Victoria. The winery is based at Mayday Hills in Beechworth, operating from the site’s restored historic workshop buildings, and is known for meticulous vineyard work and small-batch winemaking.
