This is from grapes sourced from the high altitude Poncie region of Fleurie, I have walked through this part of Fleurie before with the late Julie Balagny and the blue diorite stones that littler the surface are profound. This was fermented with 50% whole clusters and shows as a delight, floral and pretty on the nose whilst being juicy and highly drinkable on the palate. Crisp, lithe, sweet fruited and delicious!
