Served it chilled or at room temperature to admire and indulge in the delicate fruity aroma and clean palate that characterise this Tokubetsu Junmai sake. This Premium Tokubetsu Junmai is made with Iwai rice, a variety of sake brewing rice only grown in the Kyoto Prefecture.
