But instead than bottle it, as different distillers would, our Malt Master, Brian Kinsman, hand picks chosen barrels and includes a brilliant completing touch. By completing our 21 Year Old in Caribbean rum barrels it stirs the fluid, energizing it with additional intriguing notes of ginger, fig, lime and banana and a dynamic hot toffee warmth, raising it from something awesome to something uncommon.
