Grant Burge Filsell Shiraz is a single-vineyard Barossa Valley Shiraz built for impact and aging. It delivers a concentrated core of black fruit, espresso and spice, supported by integrated oak and firm, but refined tannins. A sturdy, age-worthy wine that pairs well with grilled beef, lamb and rich cheeses; best with decanting now or cellaring 5–15+ years depending on vintage. Tasting notes - Appearance: Deep ruby with a touch of purple. - Aroma: Concentrated blackberry and plum, with espresso, dark chocolate, licorice, vanilla and peppery spice. - Palate: Full-bodied and powerful; black fruit flavors layered with mocha and tobacco; firm, velvety tannins; balanced acidity; long, confident finish. - Finish: Persistent, spicy and smoky notes linger. - Pairings: Grilled or roasted beef, lamb, venison, aged cheeses.
