Hakushu 12 Year Old is a single malt from Suntory’s Hakushu Distillery. Aged 12 years, it delivers a bright, herb-forward profile with green fruit, citrus, and a subtle, integrated smoke. Crisp and refreshing, it works well neat, with a splash of water, or on the rocks for a lighter, aromatic sipper. Tasting notes Nose: Green apple, pear, lemon zest, cucumber, mint; herbal notes (sage/thyme); faint smoke; mineral undertone. Palate: Light to medium body; green apple and citrus peel, honeyed vanilla, melon; herbal signature; subtle peat-like smoke; oak spice. Finish: Medium length; herbal smoke persists with citrus zest and mineral notes.
