Hand-picked from our vineyard and fermented on skins for two weeks with twice-daily plunging, this Pinot Noir was aged for eight months in French oak (10% new) before bottling. Unfiltered and naturally expressive, it offers oak-driven spice, depth, and a silky, balanced palate. Now at its peak drinking window (4–6 years), it shows matured yet vibrant red fruit character with a refined structure and elegant finish.
