About the Winery / Producer / Region Henschke is one of Australia’s great family owned wine producers, based in the Eden Valley and deeply connected to some of the country’s most historic vineyard sites. Hill Of Grace comes from an 8 hectare single vineyard Shiraz planting at Parrot Hill, near the historic Gnadenberg Lutheran Church, around 4km north west of the Henschke winery.  The oldest Hill Of Grace vines, known as “The Grandfathers”, were planted in the 1860s and are dry grown, own rooted, low yielding Shiraz vines.
