70/30 Chardonnay/Pinot. Hand picked, cold pressed with 3 parcels sourced from the Coal River Valley, Tasman Peninsula and NW Coast. 7 years lees ageing, disgorged 28th January 2019 and then was left on cork for a further 2 years. 2.5 g/l dosage and only 1400 bottles produced.
