Highclare Estate Sparkling Blanc de Noir 2023

This Highclare Sparkling is a new Tassie Sparkling that has just hit the market. Made from 100% Pinot Noir with youthful vibrancy greeting you on entry with full flavoured wild and zesty strawberries and a touch of cumquat. It has complexity through the mid palate with yeasty bready characters, minerality, oyster shells and a little spiced phenolics which finishes with a clean and lingering finish.
