15% whole bunches; pressed to tank then under gravity to seasoned French barriques. A deep-ish, bright garnet. While this took a little time to open up, it was totally worth the wait. Alluring, with dark fruits, graphite, crushed violets and a dusting of cocoa nibs. Beautifully balanced on the medium-bodied, finely structured and long palate.
