The 2021er Niedermennig Herrenberg Riesling Spätlese Feinherb Palm (the reference to this internal cask name is provided in small print on the label after the AP number) comes from different small parcels on the western side of the vineyard and was fermented down to off-dry levels of residual sugar (27 g/l). It offers a superb nose of mirabelle, herbs, white peach, and spices. The wine proves stunningly racy yet creamy on the palate and leaves a stunning feel of wet stone, herbs, anise, peach, and smoky elements. The finish is absolutely stunning and persistent. 2029- 2041 95 points - Mosel Fine Wines No 62
