Jack Daniel’s 1907 was first released in June 2011 exclusively for the Australian market, celebrating the year Lem Motlow took over the Jack Daniel’s Distillery. It’s a lighter-bodied Tennessee whiskey matured in the cooler parts of the barrelhouses, resulting in a slightly sweeter, mellow profile at 74 proof (37% ABV). This expression was only sold in Australia and has since been discontinued, making it a sought-after find for collectors and enthusiasts.
