The Santenay grapes come from the top of the slope, on very stony soil. Mid lemon yellow. Apple and bacon fat. Otherwise lemon and lime notes throughout, indicating lesser ripeness, but I think this will come out very well. Good persistence. Drink from 2025-2028.
