Georgia’s Hill is a more dense and classic Heathcote expression of Shiraz with lovely fruit and spice characters. It represents excellent cellaring potential and therefore very good value for money. The vivid magenta colour indicates the power to come on the palate with mixed spices, herbs and lots of ripe red berries. Very typical. Great acid/tannin balance and mouth-filling viscosity. - Jasper Hill
