Crafted through a precision process respecting the grains, yeast, still shape and maturation time, it presents a balance of savoury-sweet character within an innovative flavour profile. Tasting Notes Appearance: Deep golden colour burnished in the light. Nose: Notes of blood oranges and red berries with sweet wood spice. Palate: Rich caramelised miso notes with tropical top notes of grilled pineapple, rich cacao and blackberry tannin. Finish: Cleansing mineral salinity leading to a long, sweet, fruit finish.
