This is a serious red built around concentrated dark fruit, layered spice and supple tannins, delivering the kind of power and generosity that makes Barossa Shiraz so compelling. The 2021 vintage has been especially well received, showing both immediate appeal and the structure to develop beautifully in bottle.  Tasting Notes Aroma: Blackberry, ripe cherry, kirsch, dark plum, black pepper and dried herbs.
