A light and approachable Orange Wine made with grapes handpicked from several vineyards across WA’s Great Southern.
A blend of 33% Vermentino, 23% Pinot Grigio, 18% Gewürztraminer, 18% Riesling, 4% Muscat, 1% Zibibbo, 3% Cabernet Franc, various fruit parcels experienced skin-contact ranging from 5 to 30 days. Mostly wild fermented & matured in stainless steel, however 30% was wild fermented & matured in 1500L Slavonian oak foudres. The final blend remained on gross lees without adjustment, for 6 months prior to bottling. Unfined & unfiltered, with minimal sulphites added before bottling.
