Bold Tasmanian single malt with citrus, baked fruit, mocha and a rich, warming finish.
About The Whisky
Lark Fire Trail No.151 Single Malt Whisky is a flavour forward limited release Tasmanian whisky built around richness, texture and approachability. Bottled at 41.5% ABV, it is designed as the purest expression of the Lark house style, combining fortified wine cask depth with bright fruit, gentle sweetness and a subtle savoury smoke note. The result is a polished, layered whisky that feels generous and distinctive without losing balance.

Serving Suggestions
Best enjoyed neat, with a few drops of water, or over a large cube if you want to soften the cask richness and bring more of the citrus and baked fruit forward.
