Bottled at 43.8% ABV, it is matured in first fill vintage Port and Sherry casks, including a century old Australian Port reserve, giving the whisky remarkable depth and a plush, flavour forward style. Delicate Tasmanian peat smoke adds another dimension, bringing a gentle savoury edge to the richer fruit and cask notes.  Tasting Notes Aroma: Dark fruits, caramelised brown sugar and soft oak warmth.
