Tasting notes Nose: peat smoke, sea salt, citrus zest, green apple, subtle vanilla. Palate: smoky cocoa, salted caramel, orange peel, toasted oak, white pepper. Finish: medium-long with continuing smoke, brine, and a citrus-spice lift.
