Le Facteur Su' L' Velo Vouvray Chenin

Le Facteur Su' L' Velo is a biodynamically farmed Vouvray Chenin Blanc wine from the Domaine du Facteur. It is made from 90-year-old Chenin vines and is known for its rich texture and mouthfeel, with plenty of aromas of ripe tree fruit, honey, and a slight herbaceous, lemongrass note. The wine is characterized by its distinctive high acidity and chalky minerality, with notes of flowers, straw, and honey. It is a light, refreshing wine that is perfect for an aperitif or a more gourmet pairing such as pasta with clams or a fillet of sole. The wine is aged in 400-litre barrels, which refine the texture while preserving a precise, lively, and refined style.
