A side project from the lofi winemakers at Continental Platter, Lighthand specialises in single site Yarra Valley Chardonnay and Pinot Noir made from farms following organic farming practices. Well farmed fruit made in a style that over delivers.
Fully de-stemmed, after fermentation this pinot is rested in a half-half mix of old oak and stainless steel. Clean and fresh with beautiful bright red strawberry and earth notes.
