This rich, sweet sherry is crafted from a blend of 80% Oloroso and 20% Pedro Ximénez grapes. The Oloroso provides a dry, nutty base, while the Pedro Ximénez adds sweetness and depth. Each component is aged separately in traditional solera systems for over 12 years before being blended and aged together in a 45-cask solera for an additional 3 years.
The East India Cream Sherry is renowned for its smooth texture and complex flavors, making it a delightful after-dinner treat or an excellent pairing with desserts and cheeses
