This Milton Pinot Noir has a perfumed and lifted fruit component of red cherries and wild forest berries. The mid palate shows a refined and savoury character with elements of fennel, dried thyme with forest floor, subtle spiced oak and a hint of orange peel providing layers of complexity, supported by a silky texture. Fine tannins and expressive acidity, giving balance and structure, which makes this wine an ideal pairing with roasted meats or mushroom dishes.
