Morris Rare Topaque is a rare, long-aged Australian Topaque (Muscat) from Morris Wines. Fortified and oak-aged to develop depth, it offers a deep amber hue and concentrated aromas of toffee, caramel, and dried fruit. On the palate it is lush and rich, with prune, fig, and honey notes, supported by subtle almond and cocoa, finishing long and refined. A polished digestif or partner for dark chocolate and blue cheese. Tasting Notes Appearance: Rich amber, viscous. Nose: Toffee, caramel, brown sugar; dried fig and date; orange zest; almond; cocoa; subtle oak spice. Palate: Full-bodied and syrupy; toffee and honeyed fig/prune flavors; orange rind; roasted almond; hints of dark chocolate; balanced sweetness with gentle acidity; smooth oak integration.
