A blend of 45% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 17% Cabernet Franc, 6% Malbec & 2% Cabernet. Fermented whole berries at different temperatures depending on the variety. They are then matured for 12 months then racked into barriques for another 10 months. Aromas of black fruits with a hint of oak. Medium bodied with controlled firm graphite like tannins. Clean cranberry flavour and acidity balances the wine perfectly. The finish is floral, stoney and supremely long.
