Naked Run Hill 5 Clare Valley Shiraz Cabernet 2018 Winery Notes
“The Naked Run Hill 5 is a traditional Australian blend of two premium red varieties Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from the Clare Valley. The Shiraz portion is sourced from Hill 5 at Sevenhill and the Cabernet from a small vineyard at Watervale. Small parcels are fermented in open fermenters with a portion of this wine undertaking natural ferment. The wine is fermented for 11 days on skins then pressed to new and older French oak barriques. After 20 months of maturation, the wine is bottled.”
