Located in the town of Beine, vinification 50% in stainless steel vats and 50% in oak barrels. This family vineyard over 25 years old produces a wine that has a beautiful structure, minerality with citrus notes as well as a pleasant freshness and a good length in the mouth. The estate's vines are planted on calcareous clay soil, typical of Chablis, which gives its wines all their finesse, minerality and purity. In general, the vineyard is cultivated in a reasoned way.
