WINEMAKER'S NOTE: This Non-vintage blend is blended from several vintages to combine the freshness and crisp flavours of young Chardonnay with the texture and complexity of an aged base wine. The 10% Pinot Noir in the blend adds a roundness and lenght to the mouthfeel. VINTAGE NOTE: The base wines are a blend of multiple vintages dating back to 2006. The older wine gives some honey characters whilst the young wine gives freshness.
