Petaluma Evan's Vineyard Coonowarra Cabernet Merlot 2019 750ml

This wine is from the Petaluma Evan's vineyard. this Cabernet Merlot is a dark purple with red and dark berries on the nose along with the famous Coonawarra mint. The palate shows complex dark berries with dark chocolate and cedar. the wine has a long finish with sea spray notes which compliment the fine grained tannins and persistent fruit. The wine has been matured in 60% new french oak, and 40% 1 year old french oak. this Coonawarra Cabernet Merlot has been designed to be cellared for at least 15 years however can be consumed now too
